The BeBox made its debut in October 1995 (BeBox Dual603-66). The processors were upgraded to 133 MHz (BeBox Dual603e-133) in August 1996. Production was halted in late 1996 after BeOS was transitioned to the Apple Macintosh to allow the company to focus on software. Be sold about 1000 66 MHz and 800 133 MHz BeBoxes.
